hand made christmas globes colored with spectrum noir pencils
Hello all,
Today i want to share with you 2 cards I made using some circle templates. I wanted a basic but elegant card for Christmas, and for that i needed some Christmas globes. Since i want my cards to be unique i decided to draw the globes myself.
So i started with some circle templates, that i filled in with flowers, curved lines and more circles.
I colored everything in using my new Spectrum Noir pencils. This allowed me to color in areas that are tiny and would be difficult with watercolor. Also the blending looks super. I can always add more color to make shading.
In this card I used the colors in the Primaries box and the blending solution and paper stumps from spectrum noir. What i did notice is that using the rough side of watercolor paper works best because it has more tooth and the color stays on.
