peacock feather – card making tutorial, using a polaroid frame
Hello everyone,
I recently received a peacock feather rubber stamp, from crafty nita. Because I really liked the stamp, and we do not have a Michaels in the Netherlands. Here is where you can buy this stamp.
I used black as a card base, and stamp the peacock in white, with color box frost white ink.
White peacocks are beautiful but also rare. I got the idea from a picture, so I wanted this one to look just like i snapped a photo right now.
I cut with my silhouette machine a Polaroid frame, smaller then the card front, and also with the word beautiful cut out, as a negative.
Using a stamp’a’magik I was able to stamp my feather in a circular way, and I protected the margins using some normal post it notes.
Enjoy the video.
Besides this card i have made other attempts and played around with different color inks and also base card colors.
